Jeff Webb
FOUNDER & CEO
Jeff Webb is the founder of Talanoa Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations solve real business challenges through practical, results-driven technology solutions. Under his leadership, Talanoa Group partners with clients to modernize workflows, enhance operational visibility, streamline collaboration, and maximize the value of their Microsoft 365 investments.
Jeff began his career at Microsoft during a period of rapid growth in the 1980s, where he served as a team leader and contributed to key initiatives that helped shape the evolving technology landscape. Following his time at Microsoft, he shifted focus to writing programming books, an experience that not only allowed him to share his technical expertise but also sparked a deeper interest in how people interact with software and work together effectively.
This curiosity led Jeff to explore team dynamics and collaboration at a deeper level, ultimately guiding him back into consulting and entrepreneurship. He went on to co-found a successful software business centered around the SharePoint platform, emphasizing the power of collaboration in driving organizational success.
